REFUND POLICY

You agree to be bound by the terms and laws of Kentucky and are entering into contract, verbal or otherwise, with Skye Holdings Group, LLC, a Limited Liability Company (the “Company”) registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. This means there are no refunds. Kentucky does not have a law requiring refunds to be given. In the event you enter into a contract, all contracts have a three (3) day opt out period. KENTUCKY LAW GIVES YOU THREE (3) DAYS TO CANCEL YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US. If you wish to cancel your contract, you may cancel by delivering or mailing a written notice to the company. Certified mail would provide greater protection than first-class mail, but is not necessary. Our address can be found on the Kentucky Secretary of State Business Search Database. Please serve our Registered Agent. After the expiration of the 3-day cancellation period, you agree by using our services to waive your right to chargebacks, refunds, cancellations of payment in any form. There are no refunds or cancellation periods for products on our product and branding and marketing pages, nor are there refunds for any digital content paid for and delivered by the Company. Upon payment to the Company via our checkout page, the digital content is deemed “delivered”. By purchasing these products, you agree to waive your right to a refund or chargeback dispute for these products/services/merchandise/digital content(s). ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT
Rifle City Records is a subsidiary of Skye Holdings Group, LLC. Skye Holdings Group, LLC is represented by Stella House, Attorney at Law, P.S.C. All disputes arising under this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. The parties to this agreement will submit all disputes arising under this agreement to arbitration in Manchester, Kentucky before a single arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitrator shall be selected by application of the rules of the AAA, or by mutual agreement of the parties, except that such arbitrator shall be an attorney admitted to practice law in Kentucky. No party to this agreement will challenge the jurisdiction or venue provisions as provided in this section. Any copyright claim or DMCA takedown request shall be submitted to the law offices of Stella B. House, Attorney at Law, P.S.C., Post Office Box 422, Manchester, Kentucky 40962 via certified mail, return receipt requested and contain proof of ownership of the copyright or right to any product, merchandise, design, or digital content. Infringement of our trade secrets, marketing plan, branding plan, or illegal downloads or access to our networks will be pursued in both civil and criminal courts, if applicable.
