About the Artist
Shadow started off his Kentucky hiphop career as a member of a group called Nightshade Records. Recognizing the importance of independent artists and how much talent that is in Kentucky, he founded Rifle City Records as a project to brand and market independent artists. Both Nightshade Records and Rifle City Records have performed with major label artists from Strange Music. Most Recently, Shadow released his album, "Fresh Out", which gained 400,000 organic spotify streams in the first 9 months of its release. Shadow's hit song, "Creekwater" was recently featured on an Empire mixtape headlined by the infamous underground artist "Mars".
